Counsellor, Psychosexual & Relationship Therapist (PGDip) RegCOSRT

With 8 years of experience in my field, I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate sexual and relationship challenges. I work with a broad range of issues, from intimacy struggles to communication difficulties. Additionally, I provide therapy for personal growth, helping those dealing with anxiety, depression, and other emotional concerns.
Before transitioning into therapy, I gained valuable experience working in various corporate sectors, including advertising, technology, and consultancy. This diverse background allows me to approach therapy with a unique perspective, offering practical insights and tailored support to each client.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS
I am member of COSRT and have obtained PGDip from Middlesex University in Psychosexual & Relationship therapy. I also have a foundation certificate in counselling skills, specialising in loss & grief and have 8 years client experience.

Along with my private practice, I am also part of the Psychosexual team at Croydon University Hospital, having previously worked at The Awareness Centre (TAC) & The Richmond Fellowship. I contribute articles to publications like The Metro, HuffPost &Men's Health
